Supervisory Committee
Supervisory Committee: Ensure that the credit union complies with the Law, regulations, bylaws and CU Act. Perform as internal auditors on the different operational areas to evaluate the books and records for accuracy; the assets for security, and the procedures for the proper handling and use of funds, and make accounting and procedural recommendations regarding internal controls. Present annual reports and findings at the AGM.
Credit Committee
Credit Committee: Review applications for loans and make decisions upon such application. Ensure compliance with credit policy. Examine and counter signs on loans approved by the loan officers and Managers. Provide financial counselling to members on the wise use of credit. Recommend changes to the credit policies. Review loans and collection policies along with loan portfolio performance.
